REMEMBER
All Gas Safe registered gas installers carry a photo-ID card that shows the business's Gas Safe registration number and a unique operative id. If you are unsure whether your installer is registered ask for their number and check it out at Trust Gas Safe
Their card clearly displays which Gas Safe scheme they are a member of, and so what type of work they are qualified to undertake. Only Gas Safe gas members, with the orange shield on their card are legally able to carry out gas work. Always check their card for the orange shield before allowing an installer to carry out gas work.
